Cassette for multiple inclusions of biopsies - 2350

CELLSAFE 5 is a five-wall embedding cassette developed for the simultaneous preparation of biopsies > 400 from a single sample ideal for breast and prostate.

Each well is numbered for easy identification of samples and the bottom is a nylon mesh membrane with a pore size of approx. 200 x 200 micron to further increase the safety of biopsies during processing.

To prevent drying of the sample, it is recommended that a tiny amount of fixative is applied to the sample while samples are being collected.

When the sequence is complete, close the lid and place the cassette in a container with formaldehyde solution then transfer to the laboratory for processing.
