Paraffin dispenser - 4222

The Slimline Wax Dispenser was created for dispensing liquid paraffin.

The new design of the instrument ensures a minimum footprint on the laboratory counter guaranteeing a tank with a capacity of 7.5L for the melting of up to 6kg of paraffin at a time.

The Slimline Wax Dispenser is equipped with digital temperature control to ensure greater accuracy of the paraffin temperature and is associated with an ultra-fast heating system for rapid melting.

The melted paraffin is ready in 30 minutes after filling the dispenser.

Non-drip ‘three position’ lever tap includes ‘dispense when pressed’ giving users full control over wax dispensation, ‘locked open’ for the rapid delivery of large quantities of molten wax, and ‘locked closed’ to prevent accidental dispensing of wax.

Heated tap prevents blockages. High tap position (153 mm from the bench) allows larger sized containers to be used.

Integral tap filter screen (0.5 mm mesh) prevents coarse particles from blocking the delivery tap.

Stainless steel inner tank provides good thermal conductivity and improved temperature control.

Insulated paraffin tank prevents heat loss from the tank and ensures that outer surfaces of the tank are safe to touch.

Incorporated miniature circuit breakers for added user safety.

Anti-microbial coating (Ag+) to inhibit growth of bacteria.
